Book Review of What Your Doctor May Not Tell You About Menopause: The Breakthrough Book on Natural Progesterone

Pre-menopause can be a difficult time. When I was experiencing it HRT (hormone replacement therapy) was still being "pushed" by doctors - to the extreme, I thought. This book convinced me I should avoid HRT, and I've never regretted the decision. Although Doctor Lee's contentions have since been vindicated regarding the use of estrogen, there is still valuable information in this book, which I recommend especially to the pre-menopausal woman. I recently (15 years into menopause) re-visited the book for some information as well. It's the book I have recommended most to my family, friends and acquaintances.
