The recipes are divided by cooking methods - grilled, broiled, roasted, baked, sauteed, panfried, stir fried, and simmered. Beautiful photography by Patricia Brabant illustrates each tantalizing dish. The emphasis throughout is upon leaner beef and smaller portions, in keeping with the recommendations of the American Heart Assoc.
