I have never read a bad book written by Walter Mosley. This lived up to his usual standard. Easy Rawlins is a character that I really like. The book is set in just after the Watts riots in LA. Mosley's writting gives you an interesting perspective. I was around for the Watts riots but I live in the midwest and the seemed far away. I am glad that I read this book.
