I put off reading this book, because book one was forgettable. I couldnt recall the plot or the murderer from book one. Book two was really good, and I think I have to lay the blame on me and not the author. How could I forget such great fun characters? Yes these three Blackbird widows may have had money once but these women are so real and down to earth and just plain full of life. It made me wish I had 3 fun friends like this. I will go on to read book three and might re-skim book one to refresh my memory.
