Black Dagger Brotherhood is a true series and a joy to read. A joy that sometimes makes me want to spit nails, laugh and cry. This book revolves around Phury and his hidden demons, but there is so much going on. John continues to grow, his nemesis, Lash, continues to be as hateful as can be and even a fallen angel adds to the mix. JR Ward really can spin a tale and this one has loads of action and character development, less hard core sex than some of the others which is the only reason it is not going on my 5 STAR SMUT list. Lover Enshrined gets 5 stars for storytelling!
