A good book with a nice paranormal/historical theme. I liked it even though I'm not into historical type romances any longer. From the back of the book:
Simon, Lord Falconer, is an enforcer of laws for the Guardians, humans with magical powers derived from nature. While on a mission to confront a rogue Guardian who is using his powers in a harmful way, he is caught in a transformation spell. A captive woman, Meg, who has been ensorcelled by the evil Lord Drayton, comes to Lord Falconer's rescue and he in turn rescues her.
They join forces to defeat the evil Drayton--and in the process unleash the more ancient magic of passion. Only in a desperate act of love may they win back the future from Draytons diabolical plans--or destroy all they hold dear.
