This is a very good story of a man who comes back to claim the woman who he thinks betrayed their love, after thirteen years apart. There's also a good plot device in that the hero was once a servant to the English noble family the heroine belongs to. It turns out that Cam, the hero, has to help Angela, the heroine, regain her sense of self and confidence, not to mention sexual pleasure, following the horrific marriage she was forced into after Cam was turned off her grandfather's estate.
The mystery element which crops up about halfway through the book (who's trying to kill the hero, and the mystery of the hero's parentage) kind of takes away from the strong reunited old lovers/healing romance element. However, it's still a good read.
