I really enjoyed this book. I like to cook. But I would never go into such detail to make an item as they do at the cooking school.
Liked the humor, the descriptions of the food prep., the chiefs and the colorful areas of Paris.
For me, it was a delight.
Lent it to a friend and she is an avid reader. She loved it too.
