I really love the Fool's Gold series. This one was about Montana (one of the triplets) and a brooding, scarred surgeon, Simon. Usually I don't like books with doctors but Simon surprisingly was not overbearing, even though he was supposed to be.
It was a very sweet story and the dialogue had so much humor. Not just between Simon and Montana but with everyone else as well. It's a very quick, light read. The book was basically about Montana getting Simon to stay (he usually travels around the world helping burn victims) and the development of their relationship. There were no other subplots. Just your basic fluffy romance.
Although you don't have to read the series before you read this one, it helps. You get more out of revisited the characters here.
