This was sweet, sad, and sexy. Interesting combination of feelings this gave me. I very much enjoyed the story. Ro had a good life up until his family learned he was gay. As if dealing with sexual awakening and identity isn't hard enough his family was basically like pray the gay away or get out. He went though a rough phase and ended up headed down the wrong path, which led to jail. Once he got out, he got himself together, got out of his home town and never looked back.

Ro ended up as a ranch hand on Nowhere Ranch in Nebraska. He inadvertently learns his boss is gay, and while he doesn't like the idea of sleeping with the boss, Travis is too enticing to say no to. There he makes friends with spitfire Hayley (sp) and though he tries his best not to, he falls for Travis. Ro does not handle it well.

The story was great, the narration was good, the outcome was satisfying. All-in-all a good read (listen). Would pick books from this author again.
