Gourmet magazine recipes which means they are a little more complex with longer ingredient lists. If you like to cook, this is a good book for inspiration. This one has a wonderful salad section with some interesting ideas. The best part of the book is the section on French cooking with instructions on making basic stocks and pastry, followed by a section on cheeses, then three meal menus with recipes.
