This book contains some powerful nuggets of information, but it tends to ramble. There are other, more concise books that I'd recommend more, such as anything by Neville Goddard (just overlook the heavy religious analogies), and Leo Hartong's AWAKENING TO THE DREAM, probably one of the best books in existence on spiritual awakening. Along with, WAKE UP NOW by Stephan Bodian.
