This book is pure genius! First, the author clearly explains the differences between ice cream, gelato, frozen yogurt, and sherbet. Then, she goes about the task of explaining how to make these tasty treats with or without an ice cream maker. The variety of flavors to make seemed endless and easy to do. Finally, a photo accompanies each completed dessert, plus nutritional information and servings/sizes.

The shock was how easy it is to make frozen yogurt ice cream; it only takes a quart of Greek yogurt (plus a few other flavoring ingredients).
