This remarkable book should be seen and read by everyone, please!! It is a fine marriage of wonderful storytelling and old (very old!) photographs.

A young man who was raised listening to his Grandfather's stories about peculiar children and hidden monsters nearly has a break down when his Grandfather is killed by a monster only his Grandson can see. This book took me into a world of "if" and I really wanted to move there, just to meet these children. Yes, it does leave you screaming for a sequel; but I have it on fairly good authority that there is one in the works! I highly recommend this book to "young adults" of ALL ages! What an adventure!
