I wanted to like this book but Mila was just down right annoying. I understand her drive and her determination to succeed but she didn't do her research on the company as to why Troy didn't hire women. She just assume it was because he believed they were the weaker sex. And even after she knew his reason she wasn't sympathetic to his side.
