The recipes seemed highly involved. I did jot down a few to try at a later date, nothing that I'd really consider "fast-food". It was an ok read that I picked up from the library. The Creamy Lima Bean Gratin and Mushroom Walnut Salad sound pretty tasty. My son and I would enjoy either.
