Each recipe is a favoriate submitted by a famous athlete. Good food, i've made many and copied several of our favorites. There are some great photos all color and interesting info about each athlete. Hard cover. I thought it was worth the money for the recipes. Would make a nice gift for a man in the house who enjoys cooking.
