Years ago, this book helped me maintain my sanity, my dignity and, ultimately, my self-respect through the second bad break-up in my life. The first one didn't go as well. Not having had access to this book, at the time. That first break-up also took a lot longer to get over. Even though it came after a much shorter relationship than the second one.
If you are suffering from rejection, a break-up, a personal loss or even a hopeless crush, this is the book to read and follow. It gives you a clear picture of the neurological patterns linking you to the object of your desire and teaches you, step-by-step, how to break those patterns and sever the connection. This can be applied to anything from a relationship breaking up, to grieving a loss, to bad eating habits (although the book does not actually go into anything other than inter-personal relationships, it still applies, I've found). If followed religiously, this system works amazingly well. The book is well written and easy to understand. I recommend it highly. I have bought several copies for friends at one time or another.
