I like Amos Decker and am intrigued by his 100% recollection of things. The book had the good makings of a story, a lot of things (maybe a few too many) going on at once, some twists, a reasonably way to tie things together at the conclusion. But it felt "called in", maybe a bit blah for Baldacci.
