So, the first thing to know, that you can't tell by the cover, is that this book contains the paranormal. Time travel and magic to be exact. After reading the first few chapters I told my husband that I wasn't sure I would be able to suspend reality to get through the book. I kept reading though because I love Catherine Anderson. The middle was just ok. Not much happened except for them exploring the physical aspect of their marriage. Thankfully not too graphic. It was fun to see the heroine learn about electricity, cars, and modern language. The end though? Tears. Lots and lots of tears. And any book that you think will end sad and leaves you with so much emotion is one that you'll remember.
