Another Sean Dillon novel. Boy, is this guy tough..and yet, torn up with guilt over Det. Superint. Hannah Bernstein being shot. He hides it pretty well and sets out to avenge Hannah and stop some terrorists being helped by the "old" IRA terrorists who are now for hire to the highest bidder. Higgin's really has hit a gold mine with the Dillon series. Hard to put down.
