Absolutely love this series. I've ready the short story before book 1 (I'd highly recommend doing so). It was fun ready that sets up Sinister Magic perfectly. Sinister Magic was such a fun read! I fell in love with all the characters from the beginning. It has a "Kate Daniels" vibe, though the world building is not as complex. I already bought most of the remaining books in the series!
