the plot is spell binding. even the bizarre situations most of us haven't experienced (and probably never will- eg. stigmata) are understandable and more convincing when laced with such vividly realistic characters & raw emotions. i loved it, found myself thrown into so many shoes and mentalities, a GREAT READ! :)
however, you be warned, it's a book you cannot put down & will want to talk about once finished.
