Everything I've tried from this book is wonderful. Some are challenging and use ingredients that I don't have on hand all the time but are available even in our tiny burg in the far suburbs. This book is one of an excellent series. I must downsize, can't keep everything so have typed out the recipes I use most and hope someone else will enjoy the book.

The presentation of the food is beautiful, and the ingredients are economical and easy to find. I catered the reception myself and my father said that he has been in some of the finest hotels in the world and they had nothing on the buffet I did myself. The recepies are simple to do. Each comes with full instructions and photo directions. I priced several caterers for close to the same type of buffet I did for my daughter.
