This is a powerful book. Not only does it talk about the pain we feel when we are hurting, and understanding it thru God's Word. It also leads you in dealing with that pain with His help and His Word. A wonderfully thorough (as with all of Arthur's books) scriptural study. It goes even further in helping you work no only the pain and finding lasting comfort, but also unforgiveness, pitfalls to allowing the pain to eat away at you, dealing with anger, and bitterness. Comforting and helpful. Includes discussion questions for a group study. A very helpful and good book.
