This book has an interesting premise, one that I've always liked: modern person is drawn into another world. It's always fascinating to see what an author can come up with to throw at the poor person who seems to be poorly equipped to deal with the situations thrown at him but then pushes on and triumphs, or at least mostly.
I'd say this author did a good job with this one. What could be stranger than a modern housewife suddenly transported to another world and turned into a bear?
