I held off for a long time starting this series. I wasn't sure I would enjoy a book featuring a reformed addict/alcoholic/'loose woman'. When I finally read the first one, I knew I'd have to read the rest of the series. Munch is such a strong character, it was sheer pleasure reading about her life. The murder mystery was the plum on top of the cake. Don't miss this series.
