At times the pace slowed, but I was "all in" throughout. Book seems to get its inspiration from the unabomber, who was also brilliant and had a family member compare personal letters to his manifesto. At the time, I wondered about his family's pain, this book delves into that pain and sense of loss. It also sheds light on mental illness in our society. At times I thought surely, Natalie could not be so innocent, but then characters were real enough to question, "would they do such?" This is one story which will stay with me. Book received in goodreads contest with expectation of fair/unbiased review
