A quick and easy to understand read for someone just diagnosed with PCOS. I've had my diagnosis for years, though, and this book didn't add anything to the knowledge I already had. It really played up homeopathic remedies and overly stressed the "dangers" of medical treatments like Clomid and IVF. This book would be most helpful to someone with a new diagnosis.
