When Miss Pak is murdered, George Sueno, a US serviceman stationed in Korea, investigates her death. On these pages, the Korea where the natives and the US military personnel mix comes to life. It's not a fast-paced thriller, but a slow deliberate unraveling of the mystery surrounding this young woman's murder.

Overall, an enjoyable debut by Limon who was stationed in Korea for a time. The descriptions of the people and places in Seoul made me feel like I was there.
