I had a hard time nailing down Connor at first but after a while he grew on me. He was pretty bitter in the beginning but it made sense since he had lost everything and was separated from his love ones.
I love Leslie and her fire extinguisher. That's really all that needs to be said.
The romance was silly and so much fun. They were light-hearted and said crazy things to each other which was great. It isn't your typical passionate "I will die without you" declaration but it works.
Great new characters for the series. I hope I get to read about Connor's sister soon. She was an interesting character.
