I adore this book! We have implemented a lot of the ideas into our celebrations, and modified others to fit our family. The Perfect-Every-Time Turkey on page 171-172 is UNBEATABLE! The most delicious bird ever. I do it every year now. You will not get moister white meat with any other recipe.
