This was a quaint nice little mystery in a small close knit town.
The main character and family have been in that town for many years and she is now working on a vintage recipe cookbook when gasp murder happens.

It moves along at a pretty good pace, gets very wordy in spots and over description of things.
Jaymie has a tendency to go over and over and over things to the point where you find yourself wanting to or skipping parts of a page.
Little town murder mystery series. I can see reading a few but not back to back.
