First in the series with J.C. Harrow, finding his family murdered it takes years for him to get on the right trail of the murderer, a former sheriff turned
DCI agent now the host of the t.v. series Crime Seen, one of the series reporters finds a clue that was missed at the crime scene of another murder and turns it over to J.C. and from there it is constant moving from one page to the next to finally get to the killer THEN it takes a turn you don't see coming. Very good!
