This is one of my favorite Koontz books, though that's not saying much. I get tired of his Man-Woman-Boy-Dog characters (there's no dog in this one, just Man-Woman-Boy) that make me feel like I'm reading the same book over and over. Anyhow, if you're a Koontz fan and haven't read it, you're sure to like this one.
