This second volume continues the saga of Aine and Sakuya's budding romance and we follow the lucky lyricist and her luscious lead singer through their latest trials and tribulations, this time around involving Sakuya's American half brother, Ralph Grazer.

It never fails to amaze me how everyone in these types of stories always falls for the lead heroine, no matter how weak and lame she may be. Aine is not special and author/manga-ka Mayu Shinjo hasn't succeeded to me in bringing her uniqueness to the fore, so I am not especially rooting for her, and cannot understand why all the males anywhere near Aine fall for her charms, because I do not see them. At least the male falling for her this time around also has another reason for diabolically involving himself in her life, and that makes the plot advance more believably. I'll check in with volume three next.
