When they say mammoth, they mean it. There's upwards of thirty short stories in here. Most are by authors I've heard little of (which is not to say they're bad authors, just relative unknowns) but there are selections by Esther Friesner, Paul di Filippo, and a collaboration between John Cleese and Connie Booth.

The humor ranges between British-style humor along the lines of Terry Pratchett to fairly straightforward American slapstick. It's not hard to find something amusing in here no matter your taste.
