WOW! This was the last Hugo Award winner that the author wrote. Among the key characters are Mannie, a computer tech, who makes friends with Mike, a supercomputer that develops sentience and communicates with him; Wyoming, a rebellious young woman; and the Professor, an idealistic academic. These four form the core of the revolution they begin to free the Lunar colony from earth's domination. We meet all the characters and begin to understand their developing relationships in the first half of the book. The second part is devoted to the revolution itself and we meet several minor characters. It's exciting to say the least. As the revolution beganI found I couldn't put it down. So, if you like science fiction I think you may love this one.
