It's a slim paperback with a good variety of recipes. Many recipes have a choice of honey or stevia, but vegans beware, as every last recipe requires eggs. I find I prefer coconut flour to other GF flours. It is spongy rather than crumbly, naturally slightly sweet, high in fiber, and doesn't have a strange aftertaste. That said, it can be hard to find in stores, and takes some practice to get consistant results.
