It is surprising to find out how many of today's standard dishes were new in the 1980s, including potato skins, chicken alfredo, and chocolate lava cake. There's a photo of each completed dish and nutritional information. However, the nutritional info does not include sodium. This includes a nice assortment of recipes, including APPETIZERS AND SIDES, MAIN DISHES, DESSERTS & SWEETS, and several alcoholic and mocktails listed as DRINKS.
