This little book provides a short reflection and inspiration for each day for one year. I read one each day in the morning and then tried to remember the words as I went throughout my day. It was a positive and easy way to find more meaning in life and look at the more tumultuous times with peace and understanding. It is a non-denominational Christian approach, so it doesn't have a lot of deep prayer reflections, but they are still sweet and I enjoyed them.
