I've read a lot of true crime books in my day and I must say this woman is the most evil person I've read about yet. To not report her daughter missing for 5 weeks clearly shows she knew exactly what had happened to her. I was disturbed and disgusted while reading this book. The author done a good job with what she had to work with, police transcripts and the like, but it makes the writing a bit jerky in my opinion. The author states at the end that this monster is scheduled to go on trial this month in FL so I am eager to follow the trial and learn more. She also writes in the book a scenerio of what the police feel Casey done to Caylee and it was so horrifying that I had to lay the book down so I could absorb someone doing that to their baby much less to any human being. My heart aches for this little girl and the horror and terror she had to have felt knowing it was her mother hurting her. May she rest in peace, I will never forget her.
