I was weaned on Laura Ingalls Wilder, adore the books and love the television series...though not nearly as much as the books. Because of this, I feel compelled to read anything having to do with the books or the series.
Alison Arngrim's book is gritty, humorous, and very down to earth. What a strong woman she is! Her life was not easy but she pulled through with flying colors. I have nothing but respect for Ms. Arngrim.
