Painstakingly real, so much that it will take your breath away. A must-read for every teen girl who will grow to embrace Roo as one of their best friends. Roo is extremely observant, but at the same time you can't help wanting to shake her by her shoulders and tell her some things you know about her classmates that she can't see for herself.
