Here is a bit of information I found fascinating. Did you know that you could have a reaction to an insect bite several weeks after it has bitten you? I certainly didn't. You'll find tips on combating aging, breathing correctly to protect yourself from high blood pressure, and some information on drug and food reactions. Pretty interesting stuff. This was a good read educational read.
