I have to say, Stephanie Meyer isn't the best writer in the world, but something about the story of Bella and Edward is gripping. It's very different than anything I've read before and you will want to keep reading to find out what happens next! I read all four books within a couple of weeks and I'm looking forward to reading them again, possibly a little more slowly next time to grasp more details! I'm really surprised about the negative reviews, particularly those that state the characters are not well developed, etc. Keep in mind, this is a book written for teens! Anyway, this is a wonderful series if you're just looking for a good story and something a little different than the norm.
