A very cute and engaging book for young girls. Judy Moody is very relatable, she's outgoing and friendly and creative at school. Here, she makes a new friend and joins a new club, and fights with (and then makes up with, of course) her old chums. As a bonus, some real history and geography were touched upon, and the use of language is terrific. Recommended!
