Nick and Amy are a city couple living in New York. That is until they both lose thier jobs and find themselves back in a small town in Missouri taking care of Nick's sick parents. Then on their 5 year anniversary, Amy disappears. Her disappeance is suspicious and it looks like foul play. Fingers start to point at Nick and everyone wants to know....what happened to Amy?

This was a really good book. Initially, I had a hard time getting into the book. The first half of the book seemed to drag on. We get it. Amy's missing. Let's move the story along. I'm sure glad I stuck with it though because there is a moment in the book where everything changes and I literally thought to myself holy sh**. I could not put the book down after that. Even after I finished the book I kept thinking about it. If you like mystery, suspense, or books that leave you shocked then you should definitely read this book.
