I had heard so much about this book that I couldn't wait to read it, after all, who can't relate to the connection between food and emotion (especially as a female!) but I lost interest about a third of the way through and found the authors droning on about her failed marriage in an otherwise life of priveledge a bit superficial and, okay, dare I say, whiny.
