The beginning book in the Do Not Disturb on-going series for Harlequin Blaze.

Hush is the name of the boutique hotel that Piper Devon, heiress to the Devon hotel empire, wants to open in Manhattan. Problem is, it is nothing like the Devon hotels that her father has become known for and he is not happy.

Enter Trace Winslow, Mr. Devon's right-hand lawyer, to check the place out and convince Piper that her erotic hotel is nothing more than a high priced bordello and bad for the family.

Will it be Daddy to the rescue or will Daddy not like what Trace has to report?

The Hush scenery is nice and it sounds like a palace. I had trouble with the main character in this. She's the rich, sexy, I can do anything, oh-pity-me type that I really have no pity for. I may be able to better grasp her dilemma if she was not so out there but more toned down, at least a little.
